Queenstown based in-person coaching. Each 45-minute workout is built around your goals, experience level, and movement needs.

Whether you’re rebuilding after injury, improving technique, or wanting to feel more confident in the gym, I’ll guide you through every step with clear instruction and support.

Small Group Fit

Train with your friends in a fun, motivating, and supportive environment. My Small Group Fit sessions (2-4 per group) are bootcamp-style workouts held at my private home gym in Queenstown, designed to help you get stronger, move better, and enjoy training together.
