Hey, I’m Izzy – Originally from the UK, I moved to beautiful Queenstown, New Zealand, in 2019 - and that’s where my love for fitness truly began. From being a complete beginner at 24 to now, six years later, training, running, hiking, and Pilates have become a huge part of who I am.
My Journey So Far
It wasn’t easy at the start. After years of doing everything I thought was “right” - pushing harder, eating less, and feeling constantly exhausted and injured - I realised something had to change. That’s when I made it my mission to educate myself, and eventually others, on how to train smarter, build strength, and feel confident in a way that actually supports your body and mind.
Now, as a qualified Queenstown personal trainer and online fitness coach, I work with clients across New Zealand (and beyond) who want long-term, sustainable results. My coaching focuses on strength training, mobility, and realistic nutrition guidance, helping you feel your best without restriction or burnout.
My Approach To Training
My approach is built on education (so you always understand why you’re doing what you’re doing), empathy (because real life doesn’t pause for your goals - we adapt and make it work, and accountability - the kind that keeps you consistent while still enjoying the process.
Through training in person here in Queenstown or through my online coaching programs, I’ll guide you every step of the way with workouts and nutrition tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and experience level. Whether you’re building strength, improving energy, or finding balance with food and exercise, my goal is to help you feel strong, capable, and proud of what your body can do - inside and outside the gym.
