Specialising in strength, mobility, and functional fitness, I take pride in guiding clients towards creating healthy lifestyle that enable them to fully embrace their desired lives, whether this includes activities like hiking, running, and embarking on exciting adventures, or to keep up with kids and grandkids. I focus on the importance of longevity, injury rehab and all round mental and physical well being. I am committed to guiding you on your fitness journey towards a healthier, stronger version of yourself. With my personalised training programs, tailored specifically to your unique needs and goals, I offer one on one sessions here in Queenstown, that provide individualised attention and support.

Embracing the convenience, I also offer online coaching services where I provide personalised workout plans, nutrition guidance, regular progress tracking, and unwavering motivation – all from the comfort of your home. Whether you prefer the intensity of face to face training or the flexibility of online coaching, I am here to empower you with the knowledge and encouragement you need to achieve your health and fitness ambitions. Upon signing up we will have a discovery call where we will talk about your goals, dreams and lifestyle. From here we will put together a plan for your own health and fitness journey. You will be given a welcome pack with all the information you need to get started and you will be on your way to elevating your fitness and embodying your best self.

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • In person personal training sessions focused on your specific needs and fitness goals
     

  • 45 minute sessions dedicated to improving mobility, building strength, aiding in rehabilitation or facilitating injury recovery

Pilates and Barre instructor: Strength, Control, and Balance

 

  • Reformer Pilates: Low impact, dynamic workouts focused on building core strength, improving mobility, and enhancing overall body control.
